Sihan Li is a consultant with BexerHamstra since 1 June 2024, specializing in pensions. She graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. After a bachelor’s degree in Econometrics she took a master’s in Quantitative Finance.
‘Pensions are so topical a subject, everyone seems to be working on it. I wish to help clients make the transition to the new pension scheme. The most important thing is that we understand each other. I want to know exactly what it is the clients wants, and then clearly get my observations across. As a consultant you work with so many different people, all through their organizations. Many have no idea what is going on in the pensions field. I really enjoy making complex matters understandable.
While I was in college, I learnt to think analytically, that’s what I’m good at. I love solving problems, and I like helping people.
