Thomas Dinjens joined BexerHamstra as a consultant in July 2024, specializing in designing and managing organizations. He started his career at Korn Ferry and after this worked as a strategic project manager at AFC Ajax and as a consultant with Been Management Consulting. He studied Public Administration and Business Administration at VU Amsterdam.
‘When I start a project I usually already have an idea of what I want the results to look like. I enjoy designing and explaining organizational structures as simply as possible. The objective is that both the company and its staff can really work with them. Trust is important in one’s relation with clients, as is clarity. Sometimes you have to provide some counterweight as well, to achieve the best solution.
I like the dynamics, speed and result focus of the consulting business. This is why I chose this line of work, after some time at AFC Ajax, where I worked on their general strategy and the collaboration between teams. The broader view required there is what I bring to BexerHamstra too.
