Our collaboration with Mercer provides us with access to a large, stable and international reward database, plus market data on all job levels in many different organizations. This enables us to carry out an objective, substantiated benchmark. This database contains not only the usual data on fixed and variable salaries, but information about pensions and other benefits as well. In the field of mobility (for expats, for instance) it is the Netherlands’ largest database.
