Job frameworks are different for every organization. Working with the client we can rank positions on the basis of job size, and so formulate a job framework. The level of detail depends on the client’s wishes. BexerHamstra has developed its own job framework model, that enables us to grade positions pragmatically and compare them with the outside world.
Our collaboration with Mercer means we can use IPE (International Position Evaluation), Mercer’s internationally acknowledged job evaluation methodology.
In addition our team has extensive experience with other established job evaluation systems. This means that we can help the client think through the way to implement a transition or conversion from one job evaluation system to another.
