‘I get energy from working with all kinds of different organizations. It brings something new every time. I like getting my mind around organizations, preferable complex organizations. It challenges me.
At BexerHamstra I support and coach junior consultants, which is very inspiring. Job evaluation and organizational structure are the common themes in my career. My projects at BexerHamstra are in these fields too. Job evaluation involves mapping the positions of the organization’s managers and employees. The result is the basis for a new reward policy.
I really want to deliver something that the organization can work work independently. A job family matrix, for example, in which all levels of a specific job family have been ranked properly. Then the organization can set up their own structure, and I can help it for the long term.
Such work requires analytical thinking, and you have to understand organizations quickly and be very precise. That’s what I’m good at.
