In March 2024, Petra van der Post joined BexerHamstra as a senior associate for business support. Before this she worked for Korn Ferry for about twenty years, lately mostly as resource manager and in business support. She studied Commercial Economics at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences, in Alkmaar, the Netherlands.
I’m someone who connects people, a matchmaker between the organisation’s internal demand and supply. My colleagues sometimes call me their miracle cure. At BexerHamstra I work on business process optimization and provide management information. This enables my colleagues to focus on their clients.
Apart from HR related work I use my experience in resource management. When a project needs to be staffed, I check who is available who would be a good match, so that we can set up the best possible team for our client.
Each project is a new puzzle, and I like it that way. I approach all issues with a positive mindset, for I believe there is always a solution. I really enjoy it, and as a result I have happy colleagues and with a bit of luck happy clients too.’
