Assessments
We work with certified assessment psychologists to provide reliable advice for our clients on the suitability and growth potential of employees and applicants. In a number of projects in which we clarified the accountabilities of certain roles, we conducted assessments to help the client clarify their employees' individual qualities. The results of these assessments were used as the basis for new team formations and individual development agreements.
